Amy E. Lee, President & CEO, founded Coretactics™ Healthcare Consulting, Inc. in 2015. It was Amy’s passion for high performance and healthcare excellence that inspired her creation of a consulting company dedicated to improving the operation of skilled nursing facilities (SNFs). She has since assembled an outstanding team of healthcare professionals with extensive expertise in SNF operations and quality management. Our nationally renowned consultants collaborate with facility leadership teams to implement strategies proven to drive meaningful, sustainable change.

Flexible Training Options
On-Site Training – We will come to your facility to teach interdisciplinary groups, large or small. Our ability to connect with all levels of staff throughout the interdisciplinary team enables development of the core tactics your organization will embrace to drive improvement.
Remote Training – If the flexibility of remote training works best for your group, our experts are happy to teach via WebEx or Zoom.
Off-Site Training – Get away for a day of training! Coretactics’ home office is a renovated Greek Revival farmhouse, and our conference room accommodates up to eight attendees. We have ample off-street parking, a private setting and loads of upstate New York hospitality, which is why there is no additional fee to use our facility as your Coretactics’ training venue.
