- Directed Plan of Correction – We can help facilitate the requirements of a Directed Plan of Correction to quickly get your facility back in compliance. - Plan of Correction – A Coretactics team member can be on-site to assist your team during survey and/or develop your Plan of Correction to quickly get you back in compliance. - Quality Assurance/ Performance Improvement – (QAPI) Program Development QAPI utilizes a data-driven approach to systematically maintain and improve SNF safety and quality while exercising your interdisciplinary team’s practical and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Special Focus Facility (SFF) – Skilled Nursing Facilities that are frequently determined to provide substandard quality of care may be included in the Special Focus Facility List. This initiative requires SFF facilities be visited in person by survey teams twice as frequently as other SNFs. Our team can help you prepare for these frequent visits by identifying issues for corrective action before your next survey.
