Coretactics’ passion for inspiring successful SNF managers led to the development of our SNF Management Training Program. Effective leadership is critical in the rapidly changing environment of a skilled nursing facility (SNF). Management staff must be knowledgeable and hold key skill sets necessary to motivate teams, lead with confidence and make informed decisions to steer operations.

Coretactics’ Management Training Program empowers both new and seasoned managers with blocks of knowledge that are essential in building a solid foundation for leadership. Our proven management training program makes learning easy on you and your staff. The curriculum consists of three (3) days, approximately twenty-four (24) hours, of interactive training by our experts.
