Amy E. Lee, RN, BSN, MSN, CRRN, QCP
Amy E. Lee is president and CEO of Coretactics™ Healthcare Consulting, Inc., a healthcare improvement company founded on her passion for high performance and healthcare excellence. Amy is a pragmatic national speaker and innovative and industry-leading thinker who blends more than 30 years of acute and long-term care experience with a holistic approach to healthcare operations.
Amy has established numerous best practice approaches in infection prevention & control, falls reduction, wound care management, antipsychotic reduction, behavioral management, person-centered care planning and re-hospitalization reduction, just to name a few. Her knowledge of regulatory compliance, operations, CMS Five Star Rating, MDS 3.0, CMS Quality Measures and PPS & Case Mix reimbursement empower her to guide interdisciplinary teams with improvement of resident care & quality outcomes as well as strategic position in the health care market.
Her expertise in healthcare management allows her to connect with leadership teams to develop strategy that drives meaningful, sustainable change resulting in outcomes that are the pride of an organization.
Sarah Ragone, MSPT, RAC-CTA, QCP
Sarah is the Vice President of Clinical Reimbursement / Education & Training for Coretactics, Inc. A national speaker with more than 25 years of experience in healthcare, Sarah is an expert in management and analysis of publicly reported quality measures, reimbursement, ICD 10 diagnostic criteria, appeals & insurance denials and regulatory compliance. By sharing her vast knowledge, Sarah provides guidance in MDS 3.0 accuracy, quality improvement and reimbursement practices. Her many years in long-term care provide the understanding required for effective interdisciplinary team development, sustainable program development, quality assurance, CMS publicly reported quality measures, reimbursement and MDS completion.
Having served as an Appeals Coordinator, Sarah works with facilities to address Medicare, Medicaid and insurance denials and has developed programs for billing and corporate compliance. Her passion for teaching brings a supportive approach in enabling interdisciplinary teams to improve quality and reimbursement outcomes.
Caryn Riscavage, MSOTR/L, CLT, RAC-CTA
Caryn is a Regional Reimbursement and Quality Improvement Consultant for Coretactics, Inc. Her experience as a long-term care occupational therapist and Director of Rehabilitation allows her to use her expertise when working with teams to improve quality outcomes, improve accuracy of MDS completion, accurately capture reimbursement opportunities and address appeals and insurance denials. She has worked extensively with interdisciplinary team members to maximize case mix, Medicare, Medicaid and managed care reimbursement while ensuring regulatory compliance and promoting best practices.
Caryn recognizes the challenges faced by facilities with the ever-changing healthcare environment and utilizes her expertise to assist facilities so they can stay ahead of the curve while also improving quality outcomes, enhancing person-centered care and improving publicly reported quality outcomes.
Marianne Sherlock, PT, RAC-CT, LNHA
Marianne is a Regional Reimbursement and Quality Improvement Consultant for Coretactics, Inc. Having more than 20 years of experience in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living operations, Marianne has expertise in reimbursement, corporate & regulatory compliance, interdisciplinary team management, process development and quality assurance.
Marianne’s consulting and hands-on administrative expertise empower her with an intimate appreciation of the hurdles owners/operators and senior leadership face on a daily basis. She passionately shares her experience, knowledge, exceptional skills, and outstanding personality to empower interdisciplinary teams with the means to implement processes, improve clinical outcomes and ensure financial stability.

Lisa is the Marketing Communications Officer at Coretactics, Inc. Her 25 years of experience in branding, marketing and digital communications includes 15 years with a nationally recognized healthcare system. Lisa’s expertise in healthcare communications ranges from research, composition and editing to branding, design/presentation and integration with digital media platforms.
