DOH Distribution of New Infection Inspection and Audit Checklist

In early January 2024, NYSDOH will begin notice distribution to nursing homes with submission requests for the new Infection Inspection and Audit Checklist. These forms were previewed in a DAL and in a December webinar. These notices will be emailed in phases to a group of facilities at the beginning of each month until all nursing homes have received notice. The facility administrator, and possibly one other facility leader, will receive this notice and be given 30 days to respond to the survey.
